Hi guys! Here’s a look that I wore to work a couple of days ago. It’s a simple golden-bronze look which I completed in under 15minutes. It’s pretty boring and I think it made me look 10years older than my actual age. I hate wearing corporate clothes sometimes, I just feel so much older.
Anyway, this make up was actually inspired by Emily Noel's Everyday Eyes: Bronze and Brown. Emily Noel is a news anchor and Youtube makeup guru. She also keeps a blog called Beauty Broadcast, where she writes about everything, though 95% of her posts are about makeup. She's one of those whose videos I enjoy watching (aside from xteener). Everytime I do makeup, I usually play some makeup tutorial videos on Youtube to inspire me and for me to learn new techniques in doing eye makeup. And just like what I said previously, this was inspired by her bronze and brown look. I used to do bronzey looks for work almost everyday until I got my 96 color palette and started playing with colors. And upon watching her video on the bronzey look, I felt like going back to doing a bronzey look using a different technique.

I love this look! you look so fresh :)
pretty look, simple and neat..something that I can wear everyday . how do you like fashion 21 concealer ..isn't it creasing?
btw, thanks for the comment on my honest crap lol i enjoyed it :)..
have a great day ms.tish :)
Hi Nikki! Thanks! Even though I find this look a bit boring, I have to agree with you, I do look fresh in the photos. My beloved loved it when he saw me.
Hi Louie! Your honest scrap post was hilariously honest! I loved it!
About Fashion21's concealer --- it has never creased on me granted that I set it with powder.
This is how I do it: 1. apply Fashion21's concealer; 2. dust some mineral foundation or setting powder; 3. follow it with Ellana Mineral's concealer. The only issue I have with it is that the coverage is not so great for my severely dark undereye circles. HTH!
I like this look for work! I want to do something similar and the Sephora makeup artist did something weird instead lol so I'm returning the palette that he suggested I buy.
Hi Becks! This is a very easy look to do and you can vary it too so it's not the same boring work look.
You're lucky to be living in a place where there are a lot of Sephora branches. I wonder when they'll bring it down here.
Thanks for stopping by!
I like this look ^_^. It's pretty and simple yet kinda sophisticated. I will check Emily Noel in Youtube. Xteener is my favorite makeup guru in youtube. :)
@Twinsouls: Thank you! Oh, and you really should check out Emily Noel. Her videos may be a bit too long, but it's because she really explains everything. Also, she often does the entire face, not just the eyes. I'm sure you'll like her :)
