FOTD: Cinnamon Slick

I was supposed to name this look Chocolate Kiss, but after taking a good look at the photos, I realized that it doesn't come close to a rich chocolate brown hue. It looks quite like cinnamon, I guess; hence the name Cinnamon Slick (it's also the name of the prestige eyeshadow duo that I used).

I used the salmon dark circle concealer cream and setting powder from Skinfood today, and I have no qualms about both products as of this writing. I've had it on my dark circles for a good 11hours already, and it hasn't creased nor faded one bit. I'll write a more decent review on both in a week's time. I don't want to rush myself into roadtesting these products. But as you can see in the photos below, it looks as though my dark circles never existed.

My lashes look so much longer in this photo

Please don't ask my why I always purse my lips that way

On my face
Human Heart Nature Day Moisturizer
BN S5 Skin Perfecting Primer
Purederm BB Cream
Skinfood Dark Circle Concealer Cream Shade2
Skinfood Dark Circle Setting Powder
Everyday Minerals Original Glo Foundation in Golden Medium
Fashion21 Concealer stick in Almond (for the redness around my nose)
BN Premium Glow Setting Powder in Sunshine
BN Blush in Prettiest Pinky-Peach

On my lips
Maui Lipbalm
NYX Round Lipstick in Rea
Revlon Colorstay Mineral Lipglaze in Infinite Rose

On my eyes
UDPP
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Iced Mocha
NYX Eyeshadow Trio in Guru (used the lightest shade on the inner 1/3 of my eyes)
Prestige Eyeshadow Duo in Cinnamon Slick (used the dark shade for the rest of the lid passing over the crease)
NYX Eyeshadow Trio in Nude Taupe Dark Brown (used dark brown for contouring and taupe for highlight)
L'Oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Eyeliner
Fashion21 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner
EB Eyeliner Pencil in Black (for lower lashline, waterline, and tightline)
NYX Eyeshadow Trio in Ceramic (used black to set my liner on my lower lashline)
L'Oreal Clean Definition Telescopic Mascara
L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara

I think I look a little creepy in this one

I just had to throw this one in for no apparent reason

I know I said I won't be posting much this month, but I just can't get myself to neglect my blog. TTYL!

gorgeous!!! I like seeing your fotds. this look is so pretty. the color of the eye shadows reminds me of the mac's spiced chocolate quad.

@Thiamere: If you get the chance, you surely grab a pot of the salmon concealer and setting powder. They're both amazing! Give me a week and I'll do a decent and "comprehensive" review on both ;)

@Nikki: I'm not quite sure if it's available locally, but I'll check the stores out just for you. My beloved got me two the last time he went home to LA.

You're lucky coz I just thought of doing a review on it when I saw it sitting on bathroom counter. Haha!

@Becky: I so love your hauls! They make me go gaga. Haha! Oooh... I didn't know MAC had that quad? So I guess my EOTD looks a bit chocolate-y, eh? hehe

@Purple Strawberry: I surely will in about a week. Actually, I already took pictures yesterday, but my freaking cam deleted all the photos in my memory card. How'd it happen? I have the slightest clue :( I'll have to redo the pictures.... ayyyy

@Nikki: I didn't think it was stunning enough until I read your comment. It's just something when the comment's from you. I guess it's because I have always read your all your posts esp your FOTDs. In fact, I can that I've learned so much from reading your blog ;)

@Golden: Awww... Thanks dear. I'm still practising and learning, though.

@Dana: You're such an amazing photographer! Wow! I'm not half as good as you.

Awww... Dear... I can't say anything except... I adore you (and your comments)!!!
